Notes Flags Summary - Refresh

The Notes Flags Summary grouping does not change after notes have been moved
to different sections or folders. Refresh does not help.

It should. I've just done some testing to verify. If I create some bogus
text, apply a flag to it, then cut/paste that flagged text into another
location on the page, another page in the same section, and another
section/folder, the text is pasted, and the Notes Flag Summary is kept
updated.

What are the settings on the NFS Task Pane for "Group Notes Flags By" and
"Search:"? If you are only setting the NFS to search the current
page/section, you won't see those moved notes when they're moved to another
section not being monitored by the NFS.

Are you sure you are looking at the Note Flag Summary in the task pane or
are you looking at the summary page that you can cause the Note Flag
Summary to create. This page is a copy of the items with specified note
flags at the time you created it. OneNote does not update this page. You
have to delete it and create a new one.

If you are indeed looking at the Note Flags Summary in the Task Pane then
try closing it and reopening it.

Hi,
It works now. NSF changes instantly. Don't know what I did differently. I
did look at the NFS and not the summary page.
Maybe a restart helped.
