Notes- Outlook

Is there anyway to make sure the resource gets the notes I enter in the
project software in his Outlook? I'm looking for someway to give them an
actual detail of the work. If I type notes in outlook they go into the
project manager but not in reverse.

Have you considered linking documents/issues to the task? Project Pro &
Server have integrated Windows Sharepoint Services, and that may be a
solution for you.
