Notes page text box (2003 version)

I clicked view and then notes page. I positioned my cursor to the top left
corner of the notes area and clicked (select mode in text box) and then
deleted the text box accidentally. I could click undo to bring the text box
back. If I deleted the notes text box and saved and opened the file again, I
couldn't bring back the text box using view. The only way to bring it back
was to go to the bottom of the screen to click and add notes. Is this a
problem in MS's view?

Epinn,
Here I am again, if you want your box back, just right click on the notes
page, choose notes set-up (don't know the exact word here as I am using
Dutch version, but it's the third item from the bottom up in the menu), put
a check next to main text or whatever it is called and you are set.
