Notes vs. Tasks...

Is there any way to make notes appear on your calendar
view as tasks do?

Also, is there any way to incorporate multiple users'
calendars on one calendar view (ie. proxy)?

I don't know of a way. You can, however, have both a Calendar and a Tasks
window open simultaneously. Open the Calendar. Then, right-click on Tasks
and choose "Open in new window".

You can display two calendars at once, I believe, if the other person gives
you permission to access his or her calendar.
