Unless there is already a way of doing this... Regarding notes. You should
be able to 'shoot' them straight to another exchange users desktop - without
having to send them as an email attachment. You would write your note, click
send, and then be offered a choice of users (from your exchange contacts).
The note would then be sent and automatically pop up on the recipients
desktop. Like an instant message - but a note that would stay there until
the recipient interacted with it in some way.
