Nothing happens when I click send/receive settings in Outlook 03

I installed Office Pro 2003, set up (2 IMAP) e-mail accounts as usual, and
the send/receive option does not work (and nor does the send/receive settings
option).

can you manually send/receive?

Hi. I solved this problem in the end--after lots of experimentation--not by
changing/re-installing/fixing anything in Outlook itself, but by going to the
Control Panel and deleting the Outlook profile under the mail settings. So
that's how to fix it if anyone else has this issue!
