Is it possible to set outlook or exchange to mail a specified group of users
when a change is made to a specified Calendar?
We use a general calendar (public Folder) and 5 different secretaries make
changes to the calendar. They ALL need to be notified when a new appointment
is added or an existing one changed, However, they are not part of the
meetings and are not down as participants.
If outlook cannot do this. Is there a 3rd party package out there that does?
Can anyone make any recommendations?
