Notification that email has been displayed

Is it possible to configure Outlook to generate an Email notification when
the recipient has displayed my email without them knowing?

Note that I'm not referring to a Read reciept because that would require an
action from the recipient.

No. And think about the privacy issues a bit. Would you want anyone
(including spammers) to know when *you* read mail?
