Notifications appearing too early

Hi,

I've done a search but can't find anything specific to this issue.....

We run Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003, and have a problem in that our
reminder notifications are appearing 15 hours before an event when
they're actually scheduled to appear 15 minutes before.

I'd appreciate it if anyone has experienced this to share their
solution.
