Our CFO wants to get notified (BlackBerry too) when his delegate makes an
appointment for him so he can tell her if that won't work for him. She adds
him as a required attendee in addition to being the Organizer and he gets the
email but the appointments show up in his calendar as tentative until he
accepts and other users try to schedule over the top because these appts are
only tentative.
Is there a way that CFO can be notified when his delegate makes an
appointment or that these meetings are automatically accepted?
