I use Outlook 2000 with Exchange2000. We schedule a lot of meetings and training sessions through the calendar feature. When I schedule a class I have about 20 people that I schedule this appointment for. In most cases most to all of them will open and accept or decline the meeting. But in some cases, I get people that will not open the request or respond. So, when I open the calendar event and select the TRACKING tab, I will see NONE next to some of the names.
When I am looking at this, is there an option to send a notification only to the people that have NONE (that have not responded) to remind them of this calendar event and open it and reply (without have to create a new email message and search through ALL The names and then send?
Thanks
