I am doing an application for sales guys.They call the clients and talk to
them and also enquire about the next call date and time to proceed
further(follow-up date).They want me to design the application so that when
the follow-up date arrives,the application should pop up a form giving the
details of the company(client) to be called.Like, say if the next call is on
29-5-2006 at 6:30 PM then the Sale guy should be able to set the alarm at
29-5-2006 at 6.25 PM.and when the date and time arrives , a form should pop
up reminding him of the call to be made.Something like an alarm-clock.How do
I do this? Is it triggers that I need to know about ?
