All - just a quickie...I remember in word xp when a user opened up a doco
that was already open he was notified that user x already has the file open,
would you like to make a copy etc. In word 2003 this does not appear to
happen, it just states read only when closing the doco so you are required to
save-as. Can this be changed or is this the default behavior in word 2003.
BTW am running the office templates via group policy - any help appreciated
