Now or wait?

Need to run an exchange server for shared calendars only. Should I buy now or
wait until 2007 comes out? If I do buy now will Exchange 2003 server work
well with 2007 clients?

Exchange 2003 works well but 2007 offers better use of features in Outlook
2007.
