"NT Account Invalid" for one resource when importing a group of usersfrom Outlook

I can successfully insert users from Address Book in Project Pro (via
Outlook) and the Email group is expanded.

However, out of 20 users, there is only one resource that is flagged
as "NT Account Invalid" although they appear to have a solid domain
\user name and email address.

This is a fairly new employee though. Any chance he isn't
represented as he should be in AD?
