Ntdll.dll Errors

When I try to open Outlook 2003 it will not open. I go to the event viewer
and receive the following:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6353.0, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, fault address 0x00025a58.

Once I restart the pc outlook opens okay but if I close outlook and try to
reopen it, it will not open.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Choose Detect & Repair from the Help drop down menu. Have
your installation CD ready. If that doesn't solve the
problem, it may then be due to malware installed on your
computer. Download, install, update and scan with Ad-aware
