Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 crashes Word 2007

I am having an intermittent error, where if I have a Word document open, and
then start Dragon Naturally Speaking, Word will crash. The documents seem to
be intact after the crash, but it seems to happen on the same documents after
the first crash.
Has anyone out there experienced this with Dragon?
