number display error with auto calculation

Hi,

Recently I have got a weired problem with Excle worksheet.
When I type a number, for instance, typing "8", the cell
on worksheet automatic display as "0.08". It appears that
the worksheet automatically calcualtes the typed number
dividing 100 for whole worksheet. Does someone have any
idea to configure and reset the Excle setting to normal
state? I don't know where the change of Excle setting
comes from.
