number down the page 1-100+ ex 1. 2. 3. etc template for that??

I want to try and find a template that allows me to number the page and enter
addresses after the fact without having to go back and re-enter the numbers
all the time.
1. 4.
2. 5.
3. 6.
similar to that and double column on each page. Wondering if anyone knows
how to do that or find a template I can go to and use each time I need to
enter in information. Any help would be appreciated thanks
