number of addresses in to or cc line

I was wondering if there was a limit to the number of
addresses outlook can handle in the to, cc and bc lines.

Haven't seen one... course the largest I've seen was around 10k
messages. The minimum maximum number of recipients that receiving MTAs
have to accept though is 100.

Ask your ISP or email administrator. It's the server's limit that matters.
