Outlook used to download all my waiting incoming emails at one time, however
many there were. Now it just downloads 3 to 4 emails and then it says
downloading messages is complete, even though there are more waiting messages
to download. I have to continuously hit the send/receive button to get all
my messages downloaded. It takes time and is frustrating. What changed and
how can I get all my messages to download at once?
