Number of Files in a Folder

Using VBA, could someone please show me how I would count the number of files
in a folder?

I just need the total number of files...

Pretty generic question; just a simple Google search would give you the
answer. I found that link and tested the code in both Access and Excel in
<60 seconds. Works great!!
