Number of items on hand

I am trying to create a database (MS Access 2003) for work at a print shop.
Here’s what I want to do.
Start with an initial inventory of paper types. paperA 1000 sheets, paperB
2000 sheets, etc. As each job is run, paper stock will be decreased. job101
paperA 100 sheets, job 102 paperB 50 sheets, job103 paperA 250 sheets, etc.
Inventory will also be increased as additional paper is delivered. 2000
sheets of paperA added today, etc. I need to know how much stock of a certain
paper is on hand at all times. Any suggestions on how I might set this up?
Thanks,

You're going to need to track (store) the ins and outs of your paper (as you
mentioned). Then you should be able to create a simple query to simply add
up the values and return the current total.
