Numbering bulletts (Formatting)

Outlook 2000, I don't have the option of adding formatting
Number Bullets, I have the Option of adding Bullets but
not # Bullets. When i go to add or remove options it is
not a option. All my coe workers have the option.

Any Help would be great.

Your co-workers must be using Word as their email editor. You can, too, by
making the choice on the Tools | Options | Mail Format dialog.
