Numbering

If you have a multiple line item under an outline numbering and your cursor
is in the middle of that item text, is there a way to go to the start of that
item (which could be several sentences and/or line above the cursor)?

1. some text
2. This is some text...
some more text...

cursor is at the beginning of the third some, need a way to move the cursor
(selection) to the beginniing of "This" so I can put a page break without
breaking the numbering and creating a new number.

Hi James,

If you're using word through the GUI, you can triple-click then press the home key to get to the start of the paragraph.
Programmatically, you don't need to do that, since you can work with the current range object.

To insert a page break before the current paragraph, you have two options:
1. format the paragraph with the 'page break before' attribute; or
2. manually insert a page break before the paragraph.

So, assuming you're wanting a vba solution, which do you prefer?
