Numbers that have been in Portfolio Analyzer are now showing zero?

We have been using MS Project Enterprise 2003 for a few years now with
Portfolio Analyzer that shows running totals for Actual and Remaining Work
hours for Projects that are still in process but yesterday some of the
project numbers in the Analyzer are now showing zero. The strange thing to
me is that onlt random projects seem to exhibit this problem and the numbers
for those projects in question are showing up in the Project Center, so I'm
confident the data is in the database, just not showing in the Analyzer for
some strange reason. It's been working fine for along time so I know this is
an anomally of some kind. I just don't know how to fix it.

We had the IT administrator re-booted the server and I rebuilt the OLAP cube
successfully but still have the same results. Has anyone else had this
problem and is there a solution that I could use to fix this easily?
