Numerous compact sessions

Im using OE 6.00 and WIN XP Professional.
Normally OE compacts 2-3 times a year.
Lately 1-2 times a week.
An error message shows (translated from Swedish): "The library is already
used by OE or other program."

How can I stop this?

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
