I am using Outlook 2003 Small Bus. Edition.
In my calandarm, on a particular day I have numerous
birthday reminders for the same person, however I only
have one record in my contacts.
This does not happen with all the records with birtday
annotations but only some. In particular I think it is
with contacts which came from a previous version of
outlook as they have an embeded message object as a
calandar icon in the Notes area of the General Tab of the
contact. I cannot open this object, but it appears the
birthday data has been placed into the birthday field of
the record.
How do I get the calandar to record only one reminder per
record?
