Nutritional Values

I am trying to design a Nutritional Values database which calculates the
Nutritional information of a product. I have 2 main tables, tblNutrition
which contains IngredientCode and values such as Protein, Fat, Saturates,
Fibre etc, tblRecipe which contains a RecipeID, RecipeName, IngredientCode
and Percentage/Quantity. I am having problems working out how best to go
about it. My main problem is that an IngredientCode can also be a recipe
E.g. RecipeID ENGFRYUP - English Fry Up is made up of BBEANS and BACON from
tblNutrition and also CHSCRAMEGGS - Cheesey Scrambled Eggs from tblRecipe,
which has 2 records in tblNutrition EGGs & Cheese.
I know I need to use queries for this but I'm struggling. I hope that makes
sense.
