O.E6 Problems

I am unable to open the links I am sent in my E Mails,e.g.the blue writing
when pressed turns the message header blue and then does nothing.
I think its a Registry fix but where and what am I looking for.

MS Office Outlook issues are addressed in this Newsgroup.
Outlook Express is not a part of MS Office. It is a part of
