O2k always asks if I want it to be my default mailer manager

This issue started when Express migrated to Outlook. I start O2k, it asks
the above msg to me, I answer "Yes" but it can not remember my answer
on the next run. Plz help!

Have you also changed the default mail program in Control Panel | Internet
Options | Programs tab?
