O2k Premium Sr-1 Admin Update

'Morning all,

Trying to update and admin install of Office 2000 Premium
with SR1. Extract the files and run the msiexec command
but getting the "incorrect command line parameters"
message. cmd line is:
msiexec /a <admin Path>\data1.msi /p <source
path>\data1.msp SHORTFILENAMES=1

checked and double-checked the pathing. Could there be any
other reason for that message? Thanks,
