I recently installed Microsoft Home and Student 2007 which does not come with
outlook but I already had Outlook 2003 installed so no big deal. Well it
installed and is working fine and it left Outlook intact no problem. However,
everytime I open Outlook or receive a new e-mail then a pop up comes up
saying to please wait while MS Office Home and Student 2007 configures and
then it is like the installation wizard starts up again and it configures
after a minute or two and everything is fine then but it does this all the
time because I receive a lot of e-mails. It is super annoying. How do I stop
this from happening?

I'm not sure what that means so I suppose no I have not run a repair of
