.obd file, how to open it?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel

I received an .obd file, (Microsoft Office Binder Support apparently) and I don't manage to open it with Office for mac 2004. Please help me in this curse...

I don't believe you'll have any luck at all. The "Binder" is a feature that
was Win Office only and only lived for a version release or two. Your best
bet is to get the file to a PC & extract what you can as independent
documents saved individually in their respective formats. You may be able to
get further assistance in one of the Win Office groups here:
