Object do not appear in Normal View

After installing the upgrade MathType 5.1 all my documents fail to show the
equations and pictures in Normal View, but they do appear in Print View.
Normal View was ok until the upgrade!

Have you contacted Design Science tech support about this? That
seems to me to be the logical first step. It's
[email protected].

Try this: Go to Preferences (OS 9, under Edit; OS X, under Word menu), while
in Normal view, and on the View tab, uncheck Show "Image Placeholders".

While there, also check settings on the Print tab (check Drawing Objects)

The upgrade may have reset some of your prefs.
