Object libray invalid problem

I have a file that once worked well with a reference to MS Project 12
Object library, When I installed Project 2010 I caused a serious
reference issue that I can't figure out. I still have both Project
2007 and 2010 installed, and both work well when accessed through the
MS Project interface.

I get a Comple error: Object library invalid or contains references to
object definitions that coudl not be found whenever I try to do
anything with the file, even closing the file won't work as the
Compile error keeps popping up. I have to use Task Manager to exit
Excel. I don't see any broken or missing references. When I open the
file on another computer, with only Project 2007, everything still
works. If on the functioning machine, I strip all code references to
the MS Project Object and uncheck the reference to Project 12 Object
library the file works fine (except of course it no longer has the
export to Project functionality). When I open the file on the
recently "upgraded" computer I still get the Compile error. I no
longer see a reference to the Project 12 Object library, but, I do
have a Project 14 Object library and a MS Project 14 TAsk Launch
Control. Selecting either or both of those still gives the missing
Object error. There is nothing in the code anywhere that still needs
or references any Project library.

I am running out of ideas fo things to try. Any ideas would be
greatly apprciated.

Thanks

Ken
