Object Not Available on a Specific PC

I have an Excel application that runs on all machine but one. Am getting the
error. MSFORMS - Could not load object because it is not available on this
machine

Specifically looking at the common dialog SaveTo which is attached to
buttons on multiple tabs to allow users to browse locations to save data. On
all other machines I can see the object but on this PC it is not there. The
same references are available on all the machines including the PC where the
object is not available (VBA, 11.0 Object Library, OLE Automation, Forms 2.0
Object Library, Common Dialog Control 6.0 (SP3), and Scripting runtime).

Can anyone point me to what I might look for to get this PC running.

I think I would just try re-installing Office/Excel on that one
machine.............
