object variable or With block varible not set error message when using wizard

Help! I keep getting "object variable or With block
varible not set" error message when using the wizard to
generate a report. Help menu says to go to Tools,
Options, Editor Tab. I am using Access 2000, and there is
no Editor tab under options.

Is there an alternate fix for this problem?
