obtain information from contacts and input to a document.

I'm looking to have a button in Outlook that when pressed it will obtain the
contacts name, address, phone etc... and then put it in facsimilie for
example. Or a business letter. Just so that i wont have to type in all the
persons information AGAIN. Of course, I will have the document setup as a
template and ready to go. Just the information from the contact will need to
be inserted in the proper place. Any clues?
