Obtaining older versions of Visio

Does Microsoft make older versions of Visio available for developers? I'd
like to set up an environment where I can test my solutions against all
current and old versions of Visio (Visio 2002, Visio 2000, etc.) .

Once a new version is released, the previous version is removed from retail.
So your any chance of getting an older version is to use a second hand
reseller or something like ebay.
