How do I request a Microsoft Office Key Product Code?

I have thoroughly checked all documentation that came with
my laptop pc for the microsoft office key code to no avail.

What is the process, steps, to request a replacement?

Since your copy of Office was preinstalled by the manufacturer of your computer, you have to contact the manufacturer of your computer. Microsoft does not provide replacement product keys for preinstalled software.
