Occasionally reboots

I have a computer that occasionally will begin to reboot when I am in the
middle of, well, anything. There doesn't appear to be any pattern to this
happening. It doesn't matter what software I am running when it happens.
Any ideas or similar experiences.

If you installed one of the Windows updates that can attached to
an email from Microsoft or appeared on a newsgroup, you have a virus.
Microsoft NEVER sends updates as an attachment to e-mail or to a
newsgroup.

BTW this newsgroup is for questions and discussions about a
database from Microsoft called Access.

If this is Blaster, the infection wasn't made by downloading running one
of the bogus "updates" -- those are Swen, which doesn't have the same
rebooting behavior, AFAIK.
