OCR - partial conversion

My scanned document has a header area and then 4 columns in a table
(description, sku #, quantity, unit cost). "Recognize text using OCR" does a
coversion, but it does not convert the 2nd-4th columns at all. Why? How do
I correct this?

Document Imaging is pretty simple, you may want to invest in a more
robust OCR software. OmniPro is one.
