OCS 2007 - address book sync erros

Hi All,

I have OCS 2007 on Server 2003 R2, SP2.

I am getting the following error with my OCS 2007 install:

One or more phone numbers failed to normalize.

449 total numbers failed to normalize. They are listed in the text file:
'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007\Web
Components\Address Book Files\Files\Invalid_AD_Phone_Numbers.txt'

From the info I found on the web it said to run ABserver.exe –dumprules to
see all the address book rules. Well I did that and it is only showing me
the international rules:

Any idea where these rules are coming from? I checked every place possible.

The Company_Phone_Normalization_Rules.txt file that I have created doesn't
even have this international phone sequence.
