OCS 2007

Installing OCS 2007 Enterprise and I am at configure pool. When I click on
run I get the following error.

Unable to access pool information. Possible reasons include inability to
authenticate to the domain, WMI service Issues, lack of network connectivity
and other system issues. (Error Code: 0xC3EC7A19

I have domain admin rights and they server can talk to the backend sql
server. I also have local admin rights on the SQL server.
