ODBC setup under AllUsers?

We have a laboratory environment that requires several
users on each PC. The problem is that each NT user
profile requires an ODBC setup to access the database.
With multiple machines and users this is a labor and time
intensive task.
My question is, how do I setup an ODBC under "AllUsers" so
that it only needs to be setup once on each PC?
