I have an Access 2003 form that is exhibiting some strange behavior.
When I click on a radio button and then click somewhere else on a form,
a small line appears around the text for the radio button.
This form has many radio buttons and this is happening on all of them.
Oddly enough, this only happens when I don't bypass the initial
switchboard. When I press CNTL as I open the application, and then
click on radio buttons, this behavior does not happen.
