We are in the process of upgrading everyone from Office 2003 to 2007. We
performed a upgrade recently and the oddest thing is occuring.
If you browse to a folder where a Excel file is located, and double-click on
the file to open it, it takes about 2 minutes for Excel to start and to open
the file.
If however you start Excel, and then go through the 'file > open' and browse
to the file location and open the file, it opens the file almost immedately.
What would be the problem here? And how can I speed up the time to open the
file??
Thanks
