I have the same question as everyone else who's not been answered in 3
months. I often need to print only the first page of a message, and the only
options I get are odd, even or all pages. This is wasteful of paper if you
have a 7 page document and only need a copy of page 1. One would think that
Microsoft, as an aware organization of the diminishing resources of the
earth, would figure out a way that users can save paper and trees
please answer this, we are all waiting for a microsoft response
