Odd issue with lines in Word 2k3

Hi, all! Using Word 2k3 under XP/Pro SP2 with HP LaserJet 4250 printer...

I have a user that is reporting that sometimes lines, such as vertical lines
in legal pleadings or underlined text on the page, sometimes won't print.
She's reported that it will fail to print on one page, but print correctly
on another! Printer definitions have been delete and re-created, print
drivers deleted and re-installed...

I'm kinda flummoxed. Others printing to her printer (it's a shared IP
printer on a Win2k3 server) never have an issue, so I'd tend to rule out
printer or driver issues.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?
